We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative
RN with experience of work as a Palliative Care Nurse Specialist
to take forward the development of our nursing services within
St Clare Hospice and the local community.

" clinical competence and expertise

" a Masters qualification (or be studying towards)
" understanding and experience of primary and secondary
care

Community Fundraiser £20,400
Are you an excellent communicator with an
ability to think creatively? Do you enjoy giving excellent
customer service? Are you well organised with strong planning
skills? Would you enjoy making presentations to a range of
audiences?
We require an experienced Community Fundraiser
to build on our successful history of fundraising from our
local community. In this busy and challenging role, you will
motivate and inspire Friends' groups, local community groups,
clubs and schools throughout our geographical area. You will
have a track record of innovation and successful Community
Fundraising, excellent verbal and written communication skills,
and an ability to manage a number of projects at one time.
Willingness to work flexible hours as well as a full clean
driving license is required.

Event Fundraiser £23,460
We seek an experienced and creative Event
Fundraiser to join our expanding fundraising team. A dynamic
and enthusiastic individual, you will be responsible for the
development, planning and organisation of the Hospice Event
fundraising programme.
With sound experience in project management,
event planning and organising, you will have the drive, enthusiasm,
and commitment to achieve ambitious income targets. You will
need to organise professionally presented and successful fundraising
events throughout the year and demonstrate development skills
in order to research and build up new, innovative and sustainable
events for the Hospice. You will have excellent verbal and
written communication skills and an ability to work independently
and as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours
as well as a full clean driving license is required.

VOLUNTEER VACANCIES ( unpaid

St
Clare has a wide range of opportunities for people who wish
to volunteer.
We will soon be opening out new reception
and we need new volunteers for this exciting and demanding
role.:
You will be welcoming visitors and patients
families to St Clare Hospice as well as having daily contact
with staff and dealing with incoming phone calls and deliveries.
Opportunites will be available to help with
the smooth running of our new shop and coffee area and to
carry out small clerical tasks.
Volunteers give a warm, professional welcome
and are sensitive to the needs of the individual. If you have
four hours to spare at any time of the day, we have a shift
to suit you.
