High Ongar 10K Run 2010

Terms and conditions
Please read the following Event Terms and ConditionsClicking ‘I agree’ indicates that you have given your consent to abide by our Terms and Conditions.

  1. The organisers shall not be held responsible for accidents, injury, loss or damage to persons or property as a consequence of participation in the 10k run on Sunday 4th July 2010

  2. Entries can only be accepted for Sunday 4th July 2010 and cannot be carried over to a future year. If you cannot take part on the day, refunds will not be given and your registration fee will be treated as a donation to the charity

  3. If you believe you have a medical condition which will affect your participation in the event, please seek medical advice before you register. You may wish to consider the option to take out personal insurance to cover you for this event

  4. Unfortunately Wheelchair users cannot participate in the event due to its rural nature.

  5. You must be aged 15 years or above on the day of the run to take part

  6. Please respect the countryside environment and do not litter it

  7. Please listen to the marshals safety announcements, keep as close to the side of the road as possible and take care crossing roads.

  8. Photographers and Radio Interviewers will possibly be present on the day capturing photographs and sound bites to be used in promotional publicity such as newsletters, newspapers, websites and radio. Please politely decline the interview or photograph being taken if you do not give your consent for it to be used for promotional purposes

 

Online entry is now closed. You can register on the day at High Ongar Village Hall 9am-10.30pm.

in Buckhurst Hill, Debden, Epping, Great Dunmow, Harlow and Saffron Walden sell a range of good quality donated goods and selected new gift lines.
