Our day services offer a range of therapeutic interventions for patients with life-limiting disease and who have specialist palliative care needs. 

These services will be provided by all members of the multi-professional team at St Clare Hospice.

The following is a summary of the different services that are available:

• Out-patient appointments: (Doctors, CNS, OT, Physiotherapy, Family Support)

• Therapy Days:  offering a wide range of therapeutic interventions for a time limited period usually up to 12 weeks.

• Group work: These include:
  A “Breathlessness Management” group.

• Complementary therapies:  We are able to provide a wide range of therapies to both patients and carers.  Patients and carers will generally be offered a course of six treatments.

• Clinical Interventions:  Blood transfusions and other infusions administered to day patients.
